If you are lucky enough to be able to book a flight to Clark International Airport you only have a 12 km drive to Balibago, the main tourist district of Angeles.

Many will still be arriving at one of N.A.I.A.'s terminals and you can catch a Genesis P2P bus from terminal 3 to Clark International Airport - via the Trinoma Terminal (Quezon City) - which will drop you off at Dau Bus Terminal or the SM City - Clark stop for a short trike or taxi ride to the hotel of your choice.

Philippine Rabbit have Angeles City services from their Avenida Terminal in Manila which will drop you off near the McDonald's at the Walking Street end of Fields Avenue.

As of this time I am not aware of the dedicated bus service of Fly-the-Bus will restart soon.

Personally I would recommend Rem of AirFlags Travel who is the preferred choice of many expats for an Angeles based pick-up drop-off service.  This saves the hassle of hauling your luggage around!

Most Angeles City hotels also offer airport pick-up/dop off services.
